As we patiently waited for the property that checked many of our "wants and needs" boxes, Betsy stayed on our radar by emailing us her local update emails regularly. So when we found our spot, Betsy was the first one we thought of due to her diligence in sending out her informative emails. Once the process started Betsy proved invaluable as our navigator. Although we have bought and sold many houses, the process never seems easy or slow with constant surprises around every corner. This time, we had none of that and Betsy is a big reason why. Maura is amazing! When I knew I was listing my home, she was the only person I was calling. She listened to all of my wishes (many times) and I trusted her knowledgeable advice when I needed to make decisions. Even on her summer vacation, she was giving me updates on the progress. Eileen was AMAZING! She hung in there with me when it was taking months (4 ) to get a house under contract. She was even willing to look at areas along the south shore when her general territory is north shore. Her flexibility, ability to understand my needs quickly, and knowledge made her a true partner.
